I never understood contemporary art. And always had problems with non figurative or abstract art. Untill I was bothered by some ideas I wasn't able to paint or draw in a "normal", figurative way. Then I "discovered" (again) colors... first it was gray and it's shades. Than some other colors. There's one piece... maybe later I'll show more.

To anticipate all questions... the training was really interesting and the Trainer was great... and I wasn't bored, not at all.... but he was just sitting in front of me, not moving, making some notes... I could not resist ;)

And one more wedding order :)

Major problem I face is the fading of colors, especially in sunny places. Have to figure out, how to protect my paintings (ommiting hanging them in rooms with no windows ;) )

Well... few months ago I've bought some new materials that could help me with my painting process. But I didn't have an opportunity tu use them. Untill last month. My Sister and her Husband decided to order a painting, as a wedding-gift for their friends. At the beggining I didn't have much idea, what should I paint. I just knew the size of the painting, that it should have. So I started my search, among their pictures, in the internet...And I got the idea... They were both dancing, I knew the colors they like and some other things. The idea was -> a dancing pair.
 
And that's what I did, acrylic on canvas, 50x70 cm. I did two, one different from the other. And let my Sister and Her Husband choose which one of those two they want to send. Thay decided to send the second one but I post both of them. The first one is more funny, the second more lifefull. Enjoy.

   

 

Some time ago I had kind of "pink mood". I know that it's possible that one can have periods of some kind of mood...I'm usually blue freak but from time to time it changes and I do thing in other colors (paintings, drawings...buying things in other colors...then they ale left and forgot in the closet ;P)
Here are two things-one done few months ago, the "Violin rosado", which is right now in France and the second, done latelly "Marina" which is in Berlin.

About a year ago I've.... exchanged one violin to other... I mean I promised my self thay I'll replace one by other... and I did that finall. There's an effect of my work. I'm not very proud of them but...they are... acceptable ;P

Sometimes it's hard to focus on work...sometimes U just do not have time...sometimes U R tired by what U do... sometimes there R other things, much more important... sometimes U do everything but what U should do... sometimes U finish... even if it's not perfect, this 1 is finished...

Blue freak

I have some, let's say problems...with blue.
Maybe I'm a little obsessed with this colour but I like it...every shade of blue..I just love.
It's sometimes very obvious with my paintings and drawings :)

Pieces of plener; Dłużniewo 97'

When I was studying, we had to, obligatory, participate in pleners. Warsaw Academy of Art had (because I do not know, if it still exist) special place, not that far from Warsaw, called Dłużniewo. I was there once, after I finished first year. I do not remember a lot.... just, that it was summer, that then were floods in some part of Poland, that I was interested in some guy who did not pay much attention in me...and that I did... or better leave in the past;)

But there are some of my pictures (all oil on canvas) from that time...enjoy!

Because painting... or drawing makes me much more happy and satisfied than reading some gender/sociological/sexual crap, there are some things done/on progres...

Some time ago someone introduced me music of David Garrett.
During this, rather strange and, let me be honest with myself, fucking hard time, His music let me survive.
Even more - it gave me strenght and inspiration for moves, I was afraid of, a strenght to, maybe not fight for something but being uncompromising in pursuitin of the aim, sometimes (or even mostly if not always) without saying a word and sharing my dreams, problems and doubts with a person.
He is talented without a word, maybe even workaholic, passionate, with what he does with the music...not mention, how he looks ;)
Not having a chance to ask him to posing to my pictures I needed to made use of his pictures available in web....
Remember, it's my interpretation of David Garrett, not Himself :)

I've always have "problems" with colors...
What I mean exactly...I used them with my own specific way...
In clothes, in things I'm surrounded with, in cars, colour of ink, color of my hair...
Color, I'm currently using depends mostly on my mood. Sometimes of the season.
During the summer I wear mostly white, which in not considered by someones as a color, rather as a lack of color. 
But for me personally summer is a white time.
It doesn't mean, that I do not use other colors. I have a special affect to silver and, the biggest one, to blue and all it's shades. 
Let's see whether it is apparent in my paintings...

Borges

I have to confess, that I'm the one that learns all the time... 
I can not stop learning... 
It doesn't mean that I finis what I've started but I'm always in a process of trying something new.
And sometimes it causes, for example with paintings.
That was with reading Borges.... it reminded me of fantasy prose of Jonathan Carroll which I've read...I do not even remember, when???
I must have been much jounger... but reading Borges reminded me of those happy times, of this special feeling of excitement, somewhere deep inside, of curiousity of discovering every new page, every new line, every new word...
I've read some Borges stories few times...two of them found the reflection in 2 of my paintings.
